** SaVisibilityUtd v1.0 **

[Information]

This application is a tool for spatial analysis, implementing Isovist, Directed Isovist, VAE, Layered VAE, Directed VAE, VGA, Visibility ERAM, Evacuation Cost Evaluation Method, Angular & Cellular VGA.
The existing applications of 'SaVisibility', 'SaIsovist', and 'SaVAE' are integrated into this application, and you can use all the functionalities of the latest versions of existing applications in one environment.
Moreover, the GUI environment is provided in this application, unlike the existing applications with text-based UI.
This application is free for academic, non-commercial use.

[Install]

1. Extract the compressed file to any folder path you want.

2. Run AutoCAD.

3. Load 'SaVisibilityUtd(AutoCAD Version Number).ARX' file on AutoCAD using 'AppLoad' AutoCAD command. (you can also load the file simply drag-n-dropping it into AutoCAD window.) When the application is successfully loaded, you can see a pull-down menu item of 'SaVisibilityUtd' in a main menu and a floating toolbar. (the menu item could not appears In case that the workspace is not 'AutoCAD classic'.)

4. In order to load the toolbar icon, you need to add an 'Icon' subfolder of the folder above into the 'support path' setting, to which you can reach by 'Options>Files'.

This Application is a tool for spatial analysis, implementing Non-directed(Traditional) Isovist, Directed(Partial) Isovist, Non-directed Isovist along path, Directed Isovist along path, and Efficient Sequence of Spatial Perception(ESSP) (for more information, refer to the PhD dissertation of Minseok Kim).
This Application is free for academic, non-commercial use.

This application is an AutoCAD 3rd Party Application which is a kind of Add-on Application for AutoCAD and can be operated only on AutoCAD. Using this application, you can calculate the indices of ERAM model as well as space syntax, e.g. Connectivity, Control, Point Depth, Choice, Choice R, Integration, Integration R, ERAM, ERAM R, ...
